What is the 100-night sleep trial?

We want you to love your new mattress. You can test any of our mattresses in your own home for up to 100 nights. If you aren't satisfied, we will arrange a free pickup and a full refund.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. For smaller items or expedited shipping, rates are calculated at checkout.

How do I care for my organic cotton bedding?

To maintain the longevity of your sheets, we recommend washing them in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble drying on low heat. Avoid using bleach or harsh fabric softeners.

Do you offer assembly services for bed frames?

Yes, we offer a White Glove Delivery service for an additional fee. This includes delivery to your room of choice, full assembly of your bed frame, and removal of all packaging materials.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Google Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Affirm.

What is the warranty on your mattresses?

All The Sleep Station mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues, such as permanent indentations greater than 1.5 inches.
